I need to learn more about creatine. my gf found my supplement stash and she gave me the business as she said it wasn't good for me cause it hurts the kidney's. is this true where it will hurt my organ? my 2nd question is how long does it take to work? and 3rd how long is it active in the body?

creatine wont hurt your organs, it takes like a week to work
 
she is confusing creatine with creatinine in bloodwork.

even doctors confuse that

creatine does not hurt kidney's at all, in fact it is naturally found in our bodies and our food. just show her this thread and if she has any other questions she can PM me herself
