try to track sodium a bit if you can bro
Most of it comes from my salmon packets at night, but weight is back down to 235. Super strong leg day! Weight is down 20 pounds and I still hit 495 on my top set for squats. And repped 900 on the iso leg press after that.

Trap targeted face pulls stack+10 6x10

Reverse pec deck 115 single arm 3x10

Bent over cable rear delt crossovers 30 3x8

Behind the back cable laterals 5 3xburnout

60 mins treadmill

Very high volume today, training split up into two sessions with a meal break in between. Programmed rest day tomorrow so only 60 mins treadmill.

Wow. Nice bench. They for sure man. Pre-new years. You got in 365 lbs for 1 rep. That's not bad at all.
 
Proud of you, man. You're pushing some big weight like a gorilla.

Squats are looking really strong 500 lbs, not bad.
 
If you go maximum with one rep, make sure you go a week or two without doing that. Again you don't want to end up with injuries.
 
Yeah, I know a lot of people who need hip replacements when they get older.

You definitely don't want to go down that route.
