cycle advice 2nd cycle

Hey been training 4 years now.
29
6.2 height
182 weight
body fat 13%
goals are increase strength especially my lower body, I’ve got chicken legs.
First cycle is going to be anadrol OX for 4 weeks at 50mg a day. Should I run an AI with it or no? For pct I have clomid and fadogia. Any tips are appreciated
 
anadrol is tricky. an AI won't directly do anything cause it does not aromatize, rather it binds to estrogen receptors. some guys have had success using nolvadex with it. i personally would not run it if you are estrogen sensitive
 
you wouldnt want a traditional ai like aromasin or arimidex as it would be rather useless to anadrol since it technically does not convert to estrogen... raloxifene is one that many have used with great success with anadrol and nolvadex would be another option...
