Cycle and Pre-Contest advice

My fym posted these on their website. They have been nice enough to help me cover some of the costs of my show. Obviously they asked that I take some pics in their swag, which is fine with me. I already own some hats and shirts and if they are gonna give me free stuff and pay some of my crossover fees well alright then.
