My body has changed before my eyes! I like woke up one day and started to really see a diffrence! I am eating very low carb High protien and fats. I pretty much eat the same stuff every week just alternate. Pork and vegies, Ground beed and eggs, Chicken and rice. Using test E 600 a week and anavar for two weeks only at 10mg a day. I train very hard to failure and walking and joging two miles a day!. Anavar is Amazing! It gives me strenght and alot of energy to keep going ans going in the gym!!!!

Today is my off Day! My plan, tell me if I am wrong, is to burn all the fat off first while working out and Dieting. Then I want to grow and build lean muscle. My main goal is to get to 12% body fat. Here is a pic of me today. I still have big love handles and fat on my legs. I am 240 I thing I can get to 220? What do you guys think?
