Today’s training felt great. I need to get my weight up and squat motions. I’ve never done a Bulgarian split spot before and wow it really targeted my glutes for sure. Work out this morning. Felt great. Got there about 6 AM. Got everything done before work. looking forward to seeing the results of switching to this full body workout it’s been great so far.

I pretty much have my macros dialed into where I want them to be. I got a food scale today in the mail and I’ll be putting that to good use. I’ll be able to hit my numbers exactly now when I got off of work, I went to the grocery store and picked up all healthy food items and some new things to try. Today at work I brought enough rice for two meals and cooked up a good 10 ounces of chicken. Use the dab of olive oil to cook it on the grill and mixed it in the rice with two hard boiled eggs. It was really good. I’m glad I can think ahead and eat healthy. I used to go crazy at work lol eat all sorts of stuff like quesadillas and wraps no more of that it’s time to dial-in.
