Be honest my food is random and so sporadic. I lack in this area, not eating unhealthy I mean. I eat what I can (financially). I don’t want to set a bad example for those who are looking for template on that.

My workouts I can post. I have some from last week, I don’t like to post all the time because I don’t like the attention. I try to post sparingly, I have some pRs coming this week and next week I’ll use videos for those so I’m getting ready to blow y’all away (Hopefully). I’m touching 315 on bench and squat for reps. Then in 2 weeks I’m going for the max squat and the 350 bench.

Another reason I don’t post a lot is because I don’t want the log to turn into a cluster fuck, my mission was to show what’s possible with this stack in 2 months and I’m almost at the finish line.

I appreciate everything, I know If I did post every day y’all would tune in and guide me every step of the way and that’s real got plenty of admiration for the guys. I mean really everyone that comes out to support gets points in my book, 📕. The others that don’t support and only log I feel sad for, they miss an important aspect of the community which is sharing in someone else’s success by way of support. At the end of the day, I’m a “support” guy and I can’t change that. That’s why I give credit to the veterans who do this sh!t every day, every week, for free why? I don’t know, that’s for them to know and me to find out. I think I like it and since coming back to Anabolex I’m finding out how much I love this sport and how much it means to me because it means so much to y’all. I’m sorry Starboy you caught me at Peak levels of Monster energy drink. Have a good one bro. Stay swole.

Also I’m getting bad reads on my new blood pressure monitor because the OEM cuff is to small for this arm, that’s W for me 🤣 have to order the “XL”

I'd like to see you post some meal pics if you can so we can follow along :) @SanHawkio and I get it financially we all get strapped.

On the training, if you can throw up some pics and PRs would be good to follow.

Hey brothers quick update
Reached another goal of mine 230lbs
Just wanted to touch base and update my cycle with 2 weeks left to accomplish the goals I set

Changes
With 2 weeks left I have approx 10 workout two do two things. Standard Bench 350 lb and military press 200lbs (205 to make it easier math wise)

I bumped the test to 1000mgs and Deca to 1000mgs
Mast is at 250mgs
Dbol 100 mg split dosed morning (50) and night (50)
Hgh is at 4-5 iu daily dosed at night
Adex 1mg these days since the mast has been keeping my e2 down.

Since I upped the dbol I’m getting the overall look I’ve wanted with the full muscles and the “mass” look. My skin really looks “cute” one might say. No I’m kidding but the face on my skin is like a babies butt and that’s not normal for me. My face smooth like as if I put lotion on it everyday, well I do now but it’s only because the HGH really made my skin feel so much better now I actually want to start taking care of that mf 🤣

I never expected to go to 1000mg test but my blood pressure is good and my life feels pretty much the same. The only thing I’m worried about is wanting to be with 3 girls and correct me if I’m wrong!!!! “one Latino” like Ulter said. If that’s what happens on Test 1K I’m going down to 999 🤣🤣🤣🤣 all bullsh!t aside I’m hoping I get good benefits from this upgrade in my cycle but this is where I draw the f*ckin line. It’s cool to do what you have to do but I do enough research to know whats common and whats crazy and this is like the jumping off point. I got a life, I’m not a bodybuilder and I want to do this for a long time. So I’ll rev some RPms so to speak but I got health in mind #1

  4. Increase mass of my triceps, traps, lower chest, calves ✅
  5. Military press 200 lb
  6. No cheat days ❌
 
I just want to say that the garlic Parmesan Sauce from BWW is going federal. I don’t know how I lived so long with out it. (try it) Also that is a Quest Pizza found it at Walmart it’s 7 dollars about the size of a small personal pizza taste kinda funny but if you don’t want to kill your gains with dominos try it 21 grams of P

Weight and restock on cycle support

This was my first time doing 315 5 years ago I was using pharma sust 400 and deca 600 with 50 anadrol. It was my first time using steroids. Today I will attempt it at this level again and record it because by next week I have to at least attempt 350 lbs

Got 6 on this one.

i make my own pizza using almond flour crust, tomatoes, peppers, chicken, and a vegan easy to digest cheese. its in my evo log

does not mess up your stomach AT ALL and is a healthier option
 
Yeah it’s high, making sure to check my blood pressure and glucose everyday. Labs coming April 21
I love seeing bloodwork so i will be curious to see the markers brother, im dating on either 400-500mg test for my next cycle, be the highest ive attempted, typically i keep my dose really moderate, yeah evo is a sister site, check it out sometime if you haven't
