Be honest my food is random and so sporadic. I lack in this area, not eating unhealthy I mean. I eat what I can (financially). I don’t want to set a bad example for those who are looking for template on that.
My workouts I can post. I have some from last week, I don’t like to post all the time because I don’t like the attention. I try to post sparingly, I have some pRs coming this week and next week I’ll use videos for those so I’m getting ready to blow y’all away (Hopefully). I’m touching 315 on bench and squat for reps. Then in 2 weeks I’m going for the max squat and the 350 bench.
Another reason I don’t post a lot is because I don’t want the log to turn into a cluster fuck, my mission was to show what’s possible with this stack in 2 months and I’m almost at the finish line.
I appreciate everything, I know If I did post every day y’all would tune in and guide me every step of the way and that’s real got plenty of admiration for the guys. I mean really everyone that comes out to support gets points in my book,

. The others that don’t support and only log I feel sad for, they miss an important aspect of the community which is sharing in someone else’s success by way of support. At the end of the day, I’m a “support” guy and I can’t change that. That’s why I give credit to the veterans who do this sh!t every day, every week, for free why? I don’t know, that’s for them to know and me to find out. I think I like it and since coming back to Anabolex I’m finding out how much I love this sport and how much it means to me because it means so much to y’all.
