Just curious to hear some feedback from more experience people about Dbol, So how many days until you really start feeling it kick in and how long til the scale starts to move? Also what’s your sweet spot for dose Ed? Also do you find it best to take spaced out thru the day or all at once for pre workout?
 
everyone is going to be different on that... 30 mg per day gives really nice results, and keep the sides lower... people go over board with 50 mg ... its just not necessary at all... it has a short half life... i would space it out at least twice a day, some go three because the half life is shorter... some people see results quicker than others... i would give it 2 weeks before you pass any sort of judgement on it... at that point i would expect you to have some nice changes or at least start to feel it...

yeah I just started talking Balkan Dbol from Domestic supply, I got the 10mg tabs, So I been doing 50mg spaced out , So you thinking I should go down to 30mg?

I think 2 weeks is a good time to feel dianabol, but you need to eat a lot. Take dbol 30min pretraining with ostazol and 30min after training.
 
I also do not generally recommend going over 30 mg of dbol. I dont see the risk/reward when it comes to going higher. The idea is to get the most out of your cycle but keeping the side effects to a minimum

Back in the day I'd feel it and see the scale move after 4 days
 
Depends on the person but lots of guys notice in just a few days of using. Regarding the dose, I recommend starting lower and see how you respond. Since the half life is so short, you can always adjust after a couple weeks if needed.
 
Absolutely I am currently running test prop and tren ace at 100mg Ed and Dbol 50mg Ed, I am eating 5 clean meals Ed and 2 protein shakes and training 5 days a week
