My recent bloodwork came back really nice, everything in range minus DHEA-S which has a healthy range reading from 160-449. Mine came in at 950. Any idea what could cause this? I read it could have been the men’s multi vitamin I was taking but I didn’t take it the day of my bloodwork. Not sure how long vitamins will inflate numbers.. doctor didn’t seem worried about it but I kind of am.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  1. Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  2. Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  3. The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  4. Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you.
  1. Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  2. It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  3. We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  4. Please post a Log Journal asap for us

huh? unless your multi vitamin is spiked with DHEA why would that cause it?

This is on TRT dosing only. 100mg/week
What product was you using?
3 months prior to the bloodwork only 100mg/w test c that I get from CVS.

I think you'll be fine. Most people don't even test DHEA

i wouldn't worry about it man. your doctor is right

i would trust your doctor. if you get concerned you can always stop the supps and retest

Yeah will do. I’ve been seeing my doctor for about 11 or 12 years now so her and I have an excellent relationship and her husband is also a competitive bodybuilder so she is well versed in bloodwork and anabolics.

I will start attempting to log once I come back from vacation on the 20th. My wife booked a hotel without a gym but there’s a pool so I will have to make do with what I’m given I guess. I’ll be in Missouri for over a week so I will probably try to find a gym that lets me pay a daily rate to work out.
