Does anyone on here do Olympic-style training?

Just curious about who on here does Olympic-style training. I was looking at doing clean and jerks and I was looking at doing things like bench press, deadlifts, and other types of large compound movements like that for my training for the next couple months. Do you think this would be a good strategy to get stronger? I'm 22 years old.
