Dragonordnance.com lost my pack 3X

I ordered from dragonordnance.com and they shipped it out to me fast. The package showed it was tracking for a couple days then it disappeared
a month went by with no clue where it was. They decided to reship it. the next package did not even get shipped no tracking was even showing up. Again I waited a month and argue with them and they agreed to reship. But third time was the kicker. This time it shipped and the tracking was working but then it said delivered and I got nothing again. This time they refuse to reship. seems ridiculous they would lose my Pack 3 times
