I’m conflicted on if i should do just testosterone 500mgs a week or if i should stack in another injectable or oral.

i don't have any issues with using an injectable and an oral on a first cycle

and no it doesn't have to be test, you can do primo, eq, too. those are great first cycles. i wouldn't use tren on a first cycle

Hey guys. I just joined today and have a couple questions. I have 250mg/1ml test e. If I were to use it, do I need to use an ai? Do I need pct? If so what do you guys think I should take and how much?
A little background on me... I naturally run low on test, it fluctuates but I'm always low. Getting a Dr to give me a script has been almost impossible due to the fact that I don't "look the part" of someone with low t and am in recovery. I have some muscle def but I've always struggled to do everything. I was on trt in my 20s but I broke my back and got hooked on the opiates and my Dr at the time cut me off, (due to getting hooked on the opiates they gave me and took as prescribed), and havnt been able to get a Dr to give it to me since. Regardless of the fact that I'm over 6 yrs sober and literally pulled myself out of the gutter and changed my life completely. The messed up thing is they use that as the reasoning why I don't need test, regardless that my current levels are low and I suffer from side effects of low t. They say I'm fine since I have the motivation to quit doing drugs, got a good job, bought a home, and got my licence back.
Sry about the long winded post. I get frustrated when I talk about this stuff
