actually thats not true at all, you need a lot more protein for most guysYou don’t need more than 1g/lb and if carbs are really high you can even drop actual protein down even more. At one point I was eating 200g of carbs a meal and only 4oz of actual protein. The rest of my protein was coming from indirect sources. My goal was to add the carbs and all other food then make the meal equal 40g of protein on high
No, I don’t. I feel like they’re a waste of time and money imo. I use digestive bitters, betaine hcl with pepsin, 30g of glutamine and greens powder with fiber.
