Approved Log From shit to fit my Training Log

10iu hgh is a big dose.

it must be pinching your wallet too.
I haven’t paid for gh in 2 yrs otherwise I would still be using 5iu bc I’m driver engineer and medic at the FD so I don’t make much plus when I do pay it’s 40-100$ a kit. I have seros for contest prep I get those for 525$ but I use generics in the offseason. Seros are the only thing I pay for.

Honestly, I had labs done 3 weeks ago on 3g of gear and it wasn’t bad at all. Most guys would keep pushing but I know I have at least a 16 week prep to masters nats then potentially 5 weeks later to North Americans so I’m taking an 8 week break. I’m trying to get out of this on my own terms not bc health problems force me out.

i've heard some mixed things on follistatin, let's see how it works for you!
Me to. The stuff you read online is so back n forth. One guy says it’s great others say it’s shit. I literally got into a 3 pg argument with a guy that claims he’s a peptide guru and he did a seminar at the O with multiple drs and he swears follistatin is legit bc I said it was shit but I’ve never tried it but from everyone I talked to that’s tried it and everything I read says it’s pointless.

I figured since I’m on the peptide kick and now I have some legit companies to use I figured I’ll try it since he was so confident in it.
 
Not really. I do pretty much the same exercises for months and just try to improve my lifts every session and that could mean form, rep tempo, weight, reps, etc.

I no longer log book bc I would get frustrated when someone’s on something and I had to go out of order and we all know how it is around the first of the yr. I don’t even count reps anymore so I couldn’t tell you how much or how many reps I get on anything honestly. I just know if I get a decent amount of reps on a lift and it feels good I’ll just add weight.
Still trying to hold it together after the holidays. 276 lbs after some donuts and 2 meals. I’ll be starting me health phase next week. Blood work was good 2 weeks ago so I’m not concerned with my health just know I need to take 8-10 weeks off prior to starting my prep for masters nationals in July.

I will also be experimenting with one peptides that I’ve never used before. Ace-031, follistatin 334, peg mfg, igf des and lr3.
you should log some reps though bro imo
if you want to go PRO those guys real time on the reps and sets and cardio imo
i train with a few pros myself

To much stress. I’ve grown more this yr without the log book than ever before. I was married to a log book for 14 yrs all I followed was Dante, dusty, JP, etc. I would have been stubborn my whole life if I didn’t injure my back. I was doing bb rows with 365x12, single arm db row 155lbx20 bc that’s as heavy as they went, DL 405x17, but my back was non existent. I now do 1/3 the weight all chest supported full ROM, slow negative, pause in the stretch and my back has tripled in size.
 
52 with a 5k test level on no AIs? Not concerned with that at all. It’s been 90 obviously not intentional but no issues. I feel like shit with crushed estrogen and sex drive is non existent.

but adding an Ai wouldnt hurt at the level you doing test, safer

100mg test e e3d (300mg x week)

TD GH - 15iu pre bed
NTD GH - 15iu Ngenla am 5iu gh pre bed

Insulin as needed (hgh day only)

Igf des - 100mcg split pre workout

10iu Igf lr3 - 50mcg subq post workout

10iu Peg mfg - 200mcg on NT days IM in muscles trained the day prior

20iu Follistatin 334 - 100mcg x 20 days fasted IM in muscles trained

10iu Ace-031 - 200mcg x 25 days subq pre bed

Yk11 - 30mg x 30 days
1ml Sublingual 2xday, 20iu IM pre bed

Mediphorm - 2ml bi-lat pre workout in muscles trained

278lb after 2 meals
