Approved Log From shit to fit my Training Log

Me to. I did a pump workout and 25mins of cardio fasted 5 of the 7 days. I stayed on my slu pp 332 250x2, tesofensine 250x2, 5-amino 1mq 50x2 and clen 40mcg.

Breakfast was buffet typically 2 ham/cheese omelettes with 4 slices of toast with cream cheese made a sandwich, bacon, sausage, 3 French toast, 3 pancakes with butter and syrup and 1-2 donuts

Lunch was buffet typically pizza, pasta, sushi, tacos finished off with a plate of brownies, cakes and a big bowl of ice cream with sprinkles.

Dinner we could only get in the nice restaurants 3 times so it was usually buffet also so it was pretty much similar to lunch and always finished with dessert.
 
Back on my pre vacation diet. Dropped 11lbs after 1 low day. 239lbs

No supps, no TRT or gh completely off everything for 12 days.

I’ve barely trained in the last 12 days just superset pump stuff at the resort 5 of the 7 days and I haven’t trained in the last 3 at all.

Just finished getting labs done so this will be the start of my growth phase.

Now that blood work is done I will be getting right back on today as I only have 7 weeks to put on some tissue before my health phase. In a week if somethings off with my labs I’ll just drop to trt and gh.

200mg of Test400= 150mg C, 150mg E 100mg P
100mg of primo
100mg mast e
50mg npp
10iu of gh split 3xday on TD and split AM/pre bed
10iu of humolog pre workout on pull and ham/glute

Training will be geared towards improving my whole posterior chain. Back, glutes, hams

Today was quad focused legs
Lying ham curl - top set with a drop
Leg extension - top set with a drop
Adductor - top set with a drop
Squat press - top and back off
BB squat - 1 top set
Hyperextension - 1 set feet out 1 set feet straight on these I put the pad up to the top of my quads almost to my hips and I go extremely slow on the way down and really concentrate on holding everything with my hams and glutes then at the bottom I grab the bar and pull myself down into a forced stretch for a 3 count then explode up. I have a fractured L5 so I can’t do any DL so this has been a game changer for me.

After my show I dropped tren, win and var then went on vacation where I’d been off for 12 days. So I’m not really going straight from a trt health phase straight to the doses I’m at but I also know what I personally need to get the tissue I need to be competitive at the national level in such a short period and I’m willing to push that for 7 more weeks. Total time on is still only 14 weeks I typically run 20 week cycles.

10iu of log is nothing for me I only do 50g of carbs intra. I’m a medic I keep on top of everything and I’m pretty confident in my knowledge around insulin use I’m not just shooting from the hip. When I worked with Justin Harris I ran 40iu of lantus and 20iu of log before meals 1, 3, 5 on high days twice a week. 100iu a day

For gh there’s a significant difference between 5iu and 10iu and I’ll probably push it up to 15iu. My body really started to morph when I could afford to run 5iu+ for a significant amount of time and this is also the first yr I got on stage with a pretty big super heavy class and not only did I not look small I dwarfed everyone on stage. I’m a firm believer in high dose gh and I know for a fact Jansens plan says “as much gh as you can afford” and all of his clients have the same look and put on slabs of tissue.
 
Todays diet
M1 - 80g COR, 75g whey, 50g banana

Driving to the gym - 2 Rice Krispie treats

Intra - 25g cyclic dextrin

M2 - 196g chicken, 180g Jasmin rice, 100g pineapple

M3 - 240g shrimp, 91g sour dough, 20g Kerry gold butter

M4 - pancake
1 pack of cream of wheat chocolate, 30g pumpkin, 30g Isopure chocolate, 1 large egg, 300g egg whites, 16g natural PB

M5 - creami and brownie
Creami - 240ml almond Milk, 30g pb whey, 5g pb2, 5g sugar free vanilla jellos mix

Brownie - 50g oats, 36g chocolate casein, 30g pumpkin, 8g cocoa powder, 50g liquid egg whites
