Approved Log From shit to fit my Training Log

Labs that I had drawn 12/10/24.

10iu of IL orange tops for 25 days split am, post workout, pre bed. Took 10iu in the delt at 6am and labs were drawn at exactly 9am.

Will post the rest including igf1 and test levels as soon as they come in.

Labs look pretty good for what I’m running.

I thought you were being sarcastic bc my ast is out of range by 3 and my alt is in range on over 3g of gear. I’d say is that’s pretty exceptional imo.
For your gear use I was actually very surprised bro lol honestly

I just rechecked, no test levels there, have you had those done bro?
 
Leg day quad focused

Seated leg curl - 1xfailure (heavy), drop the weight 1xfailure (leaning forward to have a constant painful stretch)

Abductor - 1 top 1 back off set

Leg ext - 2 sets to failure

hammer strength Leg press - 1 top set

Cybex - 1 set to failure slow negative deep stretch, 1 set feet low leave the safety in place and go to failure slow and controlled constant reps no lock out

Hyperextensions - 1 set toes out, 1 set feet straight (slow negative grab the machine at the bottom and do a forced stretch on every rep)

Blood work looks really good. Man. Certain things are off but that's pretty standard.

I think your liver numbers are pretty good.

Yes, considering all the gear you're on your blood work is very solid.

But don't take that lightly. I've seen guys over time end up with bloods that were very bad.
 
Wow. Over 3 g of gear and growth hormone as well. And your blood work doesn't look bad at all.

I think the key is definitely keeping an eye on things and being more proactive.
