70g of flavor gang birthday cake BOG
50g of regular COR
75g banana
45g of Isopure chocolate
30g of pb cup revolution whey

Intra workout
1 serving of field ration (25g of cyclic dextrin)
25g of waxy maize (similar carb to cyclic dextrins
10mg of EAAs
5G creatine
10g glutamine

Meal 2
196g of chicken breast
250g of jasmine rice
100g pineapple

Meal 3
220g of shrimp
100g of sourdough
14g of kerry gold butter

Meal 4
196g of 96% ground turkey
250g of jasmine rice
100g of orange

Meal 5
196g of lean steak
400g potatoe

Meal 6
300g of egg whites
2 whole eggs
28g of cheddar
1 bagel or 2 packs of reduced sugar oats (maple and brown sugar)
high protein again last meal 6 is my favorite with ton of eggs bro ;)
 
Not to bad. Gh and igf could be higher but we know my test is legit!

I’m not a huge egg guy but I do think they’re a great source of protein and my coach likes higher fats pre bed plus I stay fuller over night which helps me sleep.
you have a coach? you look great bro :) I bet you can coach yourself

I don’t like high protein. If it was up to me I’d eat 5-6oz a meal instead of 7oz. Slows digestion to much. I’d rather increase carbs and keep fats low and protein moderate. As long as I get at least my bodyweight per day in protein I’m good.

You don’t need more than 1g/lb and if carbs are really high you can even drop actual protein down even more. At one point I was eating 200g of carbs a meal and only 4oz of actual protein. The rest of my protein was coming from indirect sources. My goal was to add the carbs and all other food then make the meal equal 40g of protein on high

No, I don’t. I feel like they’re a waste of time and money imo. I use digestive bitters, betaine hcl with pepsin, 30g of glutamine and greens powder with fiber.
