gaining bigger with sarms help

25 years old and 170 pounds. 5’9’’
looking to get more bigger gains.
Training for the past 5 years and not seeing enough results. In total I’ve gained about 10 pounds so 2 pounds per year. I want to gain more then that please.
Looking for help with setting up s4 and s23.
I want to do 50mgs of each for 12 weeks.
Thoughts on this?
