gear4gym.com has a lot of false promises with their customer service. I reached out to them several times after I made an order and they did not do anything for me. I wanted their help confirming the order and I wanted to make sure that they got the funds. I checked my account this morning and it turns out they did get the funds, but they still have not gotten back to me. This is now a 72 hour thing where I haven’t heard anything from them after I paid them, and it makes me very disappointed.
