Been a while between actual training log updates...

Tuesday 11th November 2025:

Training (5:30am):

Cardio: 25 mins
Incline DB Press: 40kg x 15, 40kg x 15, 75kg x 6
Machine Flys: 54kg x 15, 54kg x 15, 103kg x 6
DB Lat Raise: 7.5kg x 12, 7.5kg x 12, 10kg x 12, 10kg x 12
Upright Row: 25kg x 12, 25kg x 12, 28.75kg x 12
Tricep Pushdown: 25kg x 12, 25kg x 15, 42.5kg x 7
DB single arm tricep extension: 7.5kg x 10, 7.5kg x 12, 10kg x 10

General Health and Wellbeing:
Returning to the gym after 2 week break to see if carpel tunnel symptoms would ease. They have not, but ive been getting depressed from being absent from the gym so decided to go push through.
I'm booked in for cortisone injections in both wrists tomorrow afternoon. Im not optimistic about it fixing the problems but its the first step in the process toward the likely end goal of surgery. Obviously i'd like to avoid that, but knowing my luck, its where things will end up.
I've been sleeping upright on the couch for the last 4 nights which has been interesting. Ive actually slept through the night without waking up, but have been waking up exhausted. This is in contrast to my normal waking up every 2 hours, but feeling generally ok when i do get up. Again, cant win.
i bet you have an issue with cortisol brother
 
Shipment of KLOW80 just arrived. Reconstituted with 3ml BAC and shot 15iu into a skin fold at the wrist.

Hoping some of the anti-inflammatory benefits of the bpc or tb500 will have some effect.

2ml bro way to go with KLOW eh then 20iu is 1000mcg of the good stuff. Less volume👍 to that twice a day for till issus is gone. Then 10iu ed for maintenance.
 
Got the right hand done today. They wouldn't do both. My God, the local anaesthetic was brutal! Sent sharp pains through every part of my hand and forearm until the numbness took effect.

I got light headed, sweaty and lost my hearing for about 30 seconds.

Its been 3 hours since it was done and the anaesthetic has worn off mostly now. I have an ache at the injection site and the carpal tunnel is still there, but they explained there likely wouldn't be any symptom relief for a couple of weeks.

Ill tell you what though, if injecting PEDs was this bad each time, there's no way i'd ever cycle!

First set of incline dbs shot pain all the way from my wrist down the sides of my middle finger, but it was short lived. Nothing after that initial tweak on any other exercises.

I haven't got a follow up with my GP yet but I NEEDED some gym time. Endorphins from getting some time in with the iron offsets any pain. Having a good mental state is key to physical recovery as far as im concerned.
