So if I mix the 1ml that came with it and then pull up .5ml is that 250 or 500? The reason I'm asking is because it looks like it only left enough in the bottle for 1 more of same dose... i feel like there should be more... this is all brand new to me so thanks in advance for your patience and any guidance.

@jj210tx add 1ml of water if you want to get lower dose.

can you explain why you're using HCG?

and I dont get why you haven't started a LOG journal? we need to see you start a LOG in a NEW thread, why no log?

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

So I don't remember seeing a response as to whether this is the right amount if I added 1 ml of solution to a 10000 IU vial shouldn't i have gotten more than just 2 .5ml doses? because that's all I got out of it....
