hcg on cycle a requirement?

I was reading on multiple articles that hcg is required on cycle. 2000 IUs every week for 10 weeks and 5000 IUs after cycle in pct, how smart is this? have you guys ran this hcg protocol?
I was told this protocol would help me easy recover after my cycle.

HCG increases estrogen levels, I highly suggest you dont use it on your cycle. It might backfire. If you do use hcg only do it 2 last weeks of the cycle.

no its not required and it should never be used in pct whatsoever! if you are going to use it, 4 weeks, 1000 ius week up until pct starts but stop before pct begins...

You definitely do not need it. I only see a use if you are trying to have kids and on TRT.
