How to help with body aches on cycle?

I was wondering how you all deal with body aches when you're on steroids and also with headaches. I am starting to get daily migraines which lasts about an hour or two and nothing helps them
I’ve been on 800mgs a week testosterone cypionate + 500mgs trenbolone enanthate. this is my 6-week on them. I also used 25-50mgs a day of winstrol but am stopping it and the pain is still there
I’m 35 years old and 5’8’’ 167 pounds
 
Way too much thats why. How many cycles have u done before? Ur body obviously can't handle all that. U using cycle supports??? Don't need to go over 500 test. Bring tren down to 300.
 
wellllll... we dont run idiotic and absurd doses! STOP using steroids period... dont even bother lowering the doses or anything of the sort... flat out STOP... you are going to do nothing but hurt yourself being so wreckless... run pct and STOP

too much gear 800mgs test and 500mgs tren going to give you pain

drop doses
400mgs test
300mgs tren
 
drop your doses by 2/3 first to see
 
Your doses are way to high, try this: TEST-400mgs; TREN-300mgs, plus N2Guard for organ support, very important to your health
 
Like many said above, your doses are really high. You might want to consider dropping them significantly and see how your body responds.

Also, using AS sends your body into hyperdrive. Your body is producing muscle at a super fast rate, which will create aches and pains.

Maintaining mobility is super important, but 5 minutes of stretching a day won't cut it when you are layering muscle on muscle by the day.

Try adding a day or two of yoga into your routine, tissue manipulation (foam roller and lacrosse ball) and active stretching.

Oh...and make sure you are drinking water like it's your job!
