How to liven up foods

I'm getting really tired of the chicken, brown rice, broccoli meals.
I cooked them plain and I was okay with that but now it's getting old
what are some condiments I can add here and what can I do in terms of spices that won't throw off my diet and throw off my gut health at the same time.
also what other options do I have can I throw in some red meat here and there?

ghee is the best to get food to taste better
 
add soy sauce damn good
