well this little 5 week transformation is strictly skipping/heavy rope skipping, from the end of my mental health crisis with a few hiccups in the middle but at full force, down 8kgs, current weight 108.2kg morning weight, 116kg in the left,
I’ll do next photo at week 8 of actual log.

Just the 1 back session man and heavy weight skipping, starting weights tomorrow 3 day split push/pull/legs, I know seems crazy. But while I hold the heavy weight handles, I am moving positions. Targeting different muscle groups it’s crazy.

Have a watch, just in the video you will see me activate a whole range .

And you will realise fuck this isn’t normal skipping lol
