I got acne from trenbolone help me

Newbie
I did cycles before but never had acne like this but never ran tren. First tren enan run and acne but it's amazing in gains. Please help, my shoulder acne is like puss pimples damn.
 
This is a super common side effect of using steroids and tren especially is a very harsh one. The best thing you can do is keep your steroid doses low (or stop using and switch to SARMs), and keep the effected area dry. A lot of scrubbing and even tanning will help.
