Day 1 Week 1 of 10 – Starting Retatrutide & Dialling Everything In

-1mg progressively going to 3mg of IRONCLAD retatrutide.

This week marks the start of a 10-week experiment with retatrutide not just to lose weight, but to tighten everything up, improve performance, and see what happens when training, nutrition, and recovery are all locked in properly.



I’m going into this with structure:

• 10 weeks total

• Protein target: 200–250g per day

• Consistent progressive training

• Photos and comparison at Week 10



Nutrition Focus – 200–250g Protein Daily



At my size, that protein intake is deliberate. The goal is to:

• Preserve muscle while leaning down

• Support recovery from high training volume

• Stay full and reduce unnecessary snacking



Typical structure looks like:

• High-protein breakfast

• Lean meat or fish meals

• Protein shakes to top up totals

• Minimal junk

• Plenty of water



Training – Push Day (Day 1)



Today’s session was a push workout, focused on chest and triceps.



Exercises:

• Bench Press

• Incline Dumbbell Press

• Chest Flys

• Tricep Extensions





The Plan for the Next 10 Weeks

• Stay consistent with injections (as prescribed)

• Maintain protein target daily

• Progressive overload in training

• Sleep minimum 7 hours

• Track weight and visual changes weekly

Body weight- 106.5kg 6foot2



-1mg progressively going to 3mg of IRONCLAD retatrutide. (Currently at 2mg)

-25mg IRONCLAD Aromasin

-20mg IRONCLAD Accutane



This the start of week 2. Definitely starting to feel the slight change in food noise and how quickly I get full and stay full. Still trying to hit my goal of 200 to 250g of protein per day. Same diet nothing added or changed still sticking with my chicken and rice 3x a day with a protein shake and yogurt. Staying consistent with training and locking in.



Training – Pull Day (Day 8)



Today’s session was a pull workout, focused on back and biceps.



Exercises:

• Bent over row

• Wide gripped lat pulldown

• Bicep curl machine

• Cable curls

• Bodyweight comparison

• Honest review of how retatrutide impacted appetite, strength, and recovery.

Week 3 of 10 – Retatrutide & Dialling Everything In



Body weight- 103kg

This the start of week 3. This week I work night shift 12 hour nights so gym will be challenging but that’s no excuse. While fatigue will set im still going to be doing my best to stay focused and go to the gym when I can. Definitely seeing the affects of this high quality product and still have so much more to go. Shredding fat like it’s nothing.



Training – Push Day



Today’s session was a push targeting chest, shoulders and triceps.



Exercises:

•Flat bench

•Chest flys with dumbbells

•Tricep extensions

•Lateral raises

•Incline smith

Week 4 of 10 – Retatrutide & Dialling Everything In



Body weight- 99kg started at 108kg

-2mg IRONCLAD GHK-CU


Week 4- no work for 7days so weight should fly down these next few days with gym being more consistent and not having a time limit while being there. Definitely feeling the food suppression. Almost down 10kg now currently at the lightest I’ve been in a long time so very happy with the results so far.



Training – PULL



Exercises:

•Lat pulldown

•Bent over rows

•Cable curls

•Shrugs

•Forearm curls

Week 5- Training wise been staying as consistent as I can especially while I was off of work. I’m back on Dayshift now so makes going to the gym after work that little bit more doable. Still flying down the scales and noticeably losing fat.

•Decline press machine

•Cable flys

•Lateral raises

•Tricep extensions
