I like how you finish out the training with cable side raises and barbell shrugs. @Codezzz I love your dedication as well to do the cardio you challenge yourself when you do stuff like that.

the cable front raises and cable side raises are a good one back to back. also a nice job finishing out with some barbell shrugs. Nice to hear. Also you take time for cardio. @Codezzz

Been crook at work for the last few days but still been doing some light cardio to get the steps in, feeling almost good now so will do a light weights session tomorrow
