leg day routine help

I like to start out with squats unless someone is hogging up the squat rack and I will do a couple warm up sets for 5 reps. Then I did squats, some leg deadlifts, worked my calves and then did hammy curl extensions for 3 sets. Should I incorporate some stair climbing after or should I do it during and then finish my weights?

I would start the training with cardio then go to actual weights. It's a good warm up and good for fat loss.
 
some stair climbing is different then a lot of stair climbing. take my advice as someone who used to juggle both endurance sports and weight training. doing both in the same session at a hard level is going to wear your body down. pick 1 thing and focus on that

What's a leg deadlift?
 
You can do it either way, just depends on you. I prefer to do cardio after training legs because I feel like it prevents me from tightening up.
 
I tend to think of squats as the point that I will hit my "working sets" no matter where they are in my routine. I like warm ups with extensions and maybe curls, then I'll go to 5 or 6 sets of squats down to a rep range of 8-10. On to leg press, 5 sets, with a drop set that makes 3 more sets, and then drop set extensions.

If you can still walk after this you didn't do it right.....
