That part is all locked in already. What I want to hit you with in today’s post is something more important that doesn't get talked about a lot: your mindset around food and how you pick the foods.

Too many bross who want to look their best are still treating their food like it’s supposed to be a reward? Like every meal needs to be this big dopamine bomb. But when you're cutting and chasing that lean, dry, hard lookthe food stops being about some gratification and starts becoming just fuel. Nothing but fuel!

You gotta flip the switch mentally to stay focused and not drive yourself crazy. Every time I sit down to eat, I ask myself this one question here:
“Is this gonna push me closer to the my goal, is this the right meal?”
If it’s yes the answer then I eat it with pride. If the answer is a no then I move on, zero regrets.

That’s not to say food has to suck bro youy can check back to my previous blog updates and see I get creative. You can make clean food taste good enough, just enough. But when you're dialed in eating lean, getting hungry sometimes even that dry-ass chicken breast starts tasting like cheesecake on the days when you’re depleted and hungry and pushing hard, lacking calories. Yo bros I’m back again, now week 8 is in full swing and let me tell you that this is that deep grind phase where I’m trying to get as much as I can out of my steroid cycle. We’re beyond the halfway point now and this transformation is as real as it can get. No more early cycle fluff or waiting for things to kick in my body is fully activated now.
I woke up this morning, hit the poses in my mirror, and the detail in my upper chest and arms is wild. That dry, granite look is creeping in faster and faster. Veins keep crawling up my shoulders, even some slight feathering on some muscles is starting to pop (depending on lighting of course). Not gonna lie to you bros this recomp is starting to hit hard really accomplishing what I set off to do.
The training is brutal every time I’m, in the gym (in a really good way). My intensity is way up, and I'm throwing in supersets and drop sets now to squeeze more progress from this cycle. I’ve been doing more pump-focused finishers to just squeeze the life outta the muscle. Still pushing 5x per week with fasted cardio every morning and now up to 30 minutes per morninbg.
Recovery has actually been BETTER this week and its probably thanks to better sleep and locking in my tb500 + bpc157 dosing schedule not missing a single shot. The shoulder is still there in the background chatting away as I train, but I’ve learned how to work around it and keep slaying each sessions with minor pain. There is no reason to stop now guys, it’s just part of the mission now.

Gear-wise, my strength still rising, my endurance has gotten better, my libido is flying high!
I did get a slight acne flare on upper back but nothing major, just keeping it clean and dry
What was my biggest win for the week? I have to say it is my mental clarity. I feel sharp and locked in. No mental fog this week, no doubts, no questions, just drive hard and forward. This is what happens when your body is aligned with your goals and your wants.
I’m going to keep building, keep grinding away you bros come back and keep watching me. The finish line ain’t here just yet I got more to go and we’re still in the fire pit forging stronger steel.
