A year ago my bench was 250 max, and I could hit 225 maybe 3 times..
The other night I hit 225x10, 250x5, 275x2
(I tweaked my wrist before my set of 250, I forgot weight on one side after adding from 225 and my wrist didn't like the lift off. Haha)
Started back pinning Sun night. Gyno seems to be resolving, ordered more nolva and primo. I'll hang on to primo for now.
Since this bulk seems to be shot, im switching to a cut.
