Supplements Mixing vitamins with water?

do any of you ever mix vitamins with water on here?
and if so is it a good idea to do that before your workout so you can be fed while you work out.
if so can you recommend a good mixed drink that I can consume so i don’t get dehydrated
or do you just drink plain water before you go workout.

I mix vitamins and water when i drink n2guard with a cup of water
 
just take 5 caps n2guard
 
No, I just drink water before, during, and after training. I take my vitamins later. Be careful they don't upset your stomach and affect your training.
