How to use multi vitamins

I'm concerned with the amount of vitamins I am getting with my diet
I do work and travel a lot so I meet with people at restaurants and I don't feel like my nutrition is going to be as good as it should be. Which multivitamin would you suggest to get things going in the right direction and cover up my deficiencies

There so many Multivitamins options are available, basing from exp exchanging information with my client I tend to hear MegaFood Men's One Daily is good one
