Hey everyone i finally got my first log to share with everyone and very excited to be part of a community willing to help me out! Being this is my FIRST log and haven't started my cycle just yet I'll just go ahead and tell everyone here about myself and my lifestyle.
So I've always been a very hyperactive person most of my life. Age 23 I was put on TRT. I only did it for 3 months and stopped because it was to expensive for me at the time. So I decided to pursue a career that would pay better. This lead me to being a truck driver and after almost 3 years on the road I gained lots of weight and had horrible eating habits that caused me to go from 6ft 3 at 240lbs to 6ft 3 275 lbs! I have had abs my whole life and was always pretty lean. Now I found a job in the oilfield and I get to stay at a place that cooks food for us and has a small gym. My goals were mostly to take testosterone so I would feel better and have the energy to work out but I figured if I'm going to poke myself I might as well get strong in the process and not just do it for nothing. This led me to going this route instead of a prescription. I am currently 255lbs so I've lost 25lbs since September 2024. I've made progress in that aspect however I'm not hyper and energetic like I was before. So I need the test to get my energy back in order to put work in at the gym. I've tried several times to get a good workout in but every time I go I feel weak and don't get a pump. So with that being said I'm looking to get my first cycle going. I want to start with 400mg test E a week for 12 weeks because I already know It won't cause any bad reactions as I stated before I was previously on test with no issues and I was doing 200mg a week for trt. I'm implementing anavar weeks 8 to 11. 50mg a day doing one 25mg by crushing it and taking it as a pre-workout 30mins before my workout then taking another 25mg 10-12hrs later that night. The place i stay is a bodybuilder paradise because the food they serve is great with many healthy options and good quality food so my diet is really just eat whole foods and stay away from fried foods as well as sweets. Every morning I usually eat scrambled eggs with ham and onions as well as peppers and maybe some bacon and cheese. Then fresh squeezed orange juice from a juicing machine seems to be giving me great benefits and feel like that has been the key to losing weight and feeling better. I drink water all day while at work and drink flavored water with my dinner. I don't know my exact body fat percentage but I'm going to guess it's around 20% now and I am 30 years old. My workouts are really going to put a strong emphasis on my legs and lower back because I have found it difficult to walk around a store or even stay standing for more then 10min without having to lean on something or sit down. I really need my energy and strength back and if you seen me In person I'm a big guy and don't look weak but definitely am. I miss being able to run around and be active and I'm determined to fix that ASAP! My gear comes in, in the next couple of days and look forward to hearing from everyone along this journey!!!
