Today i felt like was a bit of a milestone for me. My libido feels better. I almost forgot how good it could feel. I still don't get random boners yet but that morning wood did happen and had to try to tame the beast so I could work out lol it's not fully up there yet but definitely feels way better and I'm happier for it. My injection site with Para Pharma was smooth for a bit then about the 2nd day it did get a bit tender but didn't really affect me or my workouts. Hopefully it will get more use to it and eventually not have to feel it over time as much. For my workout today I hit legs and shoulders. I squated 12 times for 1 set. 10 reps for the 2nd set. I was addi g more weight each time and after set 4 I could only squat 8 times. Keep in mind I was also doing power sets with leg extensions so I didn't get much of a break in between each set of squats. After those 2 were finished i topped it off with seated leg curls. Then I moved to my shoulders and did not do a compound workout since I'm still just starting up and didn't want to risk injury to shoulder. However I did a workout that I cant remember for shoulders but it's very popular. I had the dumbells in each hand and arms slightly bent and lifted the dumbells that way. Did that for 4 sets and then did single arm and put my hand straight out in front of me and lifted from my waist to where my arm is level and did each arm and then mixed it with the same thing but extending my arms to the side of my body. After that I called it a day for shoulders and proceeded to the treadmill and did 25min of incline at a 6 and the speed at a 3. Boy does cardio hit hard after you workout but I plan on doing cardio every day after my workout. Drank 45g of protein and that was my day guys!
