I hope you have good insurance, in case you need to have your shoulder scoped or have surgery. That's gonna cost the fortune.
 
I've been doing legs and core stuff with my wife at the gym, I had to lay off the straight leg kickbacks though I was starting to get a dump truck and the wife was getting jealous we measured and my ass was only an inch smaller than hers. I'm still able to do some arm stuff as long as it's an isolation movement like concentration curls or preacher curls and my gym has a couple different tricep extension machines I just haven't been able to do any chest or shoulder stuff and rows and back stuff gets the shoulder pretty sore so I've been avoiding those as well, I have 2 vials in left in the kit of hgh and I'm gonna drop it for a while and see if the shoulder and tendonitis start getting better agin. I'm on my 2nd kit of gh so far and at first it seemed like it was helping but now it feel like I'm getting some joint enlargement and the elbows are getting a little iritated again and the carpal tunnel is starting to get bad, I still have 3 kits left so after I get healed up I'm gonna give it another go with the gh. Here in a few days I'm gonna put in another order for more tb and bpc

The bpc and tb shots are subq on my delt as close to where it feels like the pain is, I have read a few different things saying you need to pin it as close to the injury as possible and some saying it doesn't matter because the peptides are systemic but it's pretty easy to pin the delt so I just do it where it hurts.

I'm a civilian DOD contractor so my insurance is pretty good, I have PPO policy so I can go to pretty much any DR or specialist I want without needing a referral from my primary care DR the only down side is the deductible is a little higher than an HMO but my individual deductible is still only $2500 a year so it's not terrible.
 
I'd wanna investigate how you train viz these injuries
I've been wearing that anaconda compression shoulder brace and avoiding repetitive shoulder movements, I've mostly been doing legs and core stuff and some bicep and tricep isolation movements and avoiding chest and back stuff that put strain on my shoulder
 
It's been a while since I updated, currently I'm down to a trt dose 150mg testc a week 2ui hgh daily and TB-500 and BPC-157 only able to do light training and cardio. My tendonitis got unbearable and I had to take a break from the gym, I did a round of dexamethasone and was doing rehab excercises for my elbows, it took about 2 months and I was feeling good again. The first time I went back to the gym I went with a friend and he was pushing me to do flat bench with him and I gave in and put 205 on the bar and got 3 reps in and felt something pop in my right shoulder and it's been a wrap since then. Luckily I've been able to be active enough to not lose any gains and with the extra cardio I've actually leaned out a little and got some more definition. It's killing me not being able to actually train but at the moment with this sharp stabbing pain in my shoulder there's not a whole lot I can do, I've had some improvement but if it doesn't start getting better soon I'm going to have to have a DR look at it hopefully it won't require surgery.

Here is a current physique picture, I've maintained weight while cutting fat and dropping pant sizes I'm currently 185# fasted first thing in the morning. I have definitely leaned out and toned up a lot, I have a long way to go to be where I want to be but with my injuries I'm happy with where I am. I'm not trying to be a mass monster I think my goal weight I'd like to maintain is about 195-200# and around 12-15% body and being a short king at 5'6" I feel will give me my desired esthetic.

I've been going to the planet fitness that just opened up like 5 minutes from my house, they had a pre-opening sale so it only costs me $19 a month for the black membership and I've been using the red light therapy booth they have 5 days a week for 20 minutes a day. I don't know why so many people hate on planet fitness, I know they have the lunk alarm to discourage being loud and power lifting but the new one that just opened by my house actually has a bunch of plate loaded equipment like incline leg press, a couple different hammer strength machines for chest press, pull downstairs and rows and 6 smith machines on top of all the cable machines and all the cardio equipment plus having the black card spa for the monthly cost it has everything I need, you probably aren't going to see any ibbf pros trying there but for your average person just trying to get into shape you can't beat it for the cost.
