It's been a while since I updated, currently I'm down to a trt dose 150mg testc a week 2ui hgh daily and TB-500 and BPC-157 only able to do light training and cardio. My tendonitis got unbearable and I had to take a break from the gym, I did a round of dexamethasone and was doing rehab excercises for my elbows, it took about 2 months and I was feeling good again. The first time I went back to the gym I went with a friend and he was pushing me to do flat bench with him and I gave in and put 205 on the bar and got 3 reps in and felt something pop in my right shoulder and it's been a wrap since then. Luckily I've been able to be active enough to not lose any gains and with the extra cardio I've actually leaned out a little and got some more definition. It's killing me not being able to actually train but at the moment with this sharp stabbing pain in my shoulder there's not a whole lot I can do, I've had some improvement but if it doesn't start getting better soon I'm going to have to have a DR look at it hopefully it won't require surgery.
