Todays log finally got into the pool lol
I sat in the sauna (153 F) for 30 min while watching evolutionary.org podcast
Worked on vacuums 10 min
Then I swam in a 70F pool for an hour distance focus
400 kick(freestyle)
400 pull( freestyle)
400 swim( freestyle)
300 breaststroke all are in yards
Hit chest shoulders and biceps today took a pump pic below
