So I started running my Deca and Test E cycle on April 27, 2023 and before I did, the one thing that got me scared shitless was the possibility of experiencing deca dick.
But the more I ran my weekly 250mg Test E & 300mg Deca cycle with a daily dose of 25mg Proviron and Aromasin, the more I got to understand that there was really no cause for alarm with regards to my libido.
My appetite went through the roof though, while I maintain about 5 to 6 meals a day during my training program, I often experienced midday and late night hunger pangs and had to chow on celery sticks just to satisfy my hunger.
With regards to bulking, yeah, I can say for sure that Deca gives that muscle fullness without necessarily causing too much water retention which was just right for me. In terms of my lean muscle gains, it was North of 10Ibs.
Did I mention that I also ran a 10 week Deca cycle?
I know some mates that run for much longer and at a higher weekly dose as well, but I was game at 300mg/week for 10 weeks.
Finally, I don't know about you guys, but I noticed my knee joints in particular were less cranky than usual. Can't say it's all because of Deca, but I know it was no coincidence that my joints improved right about when I started my cycle.
By the way, I sourced my Deca from UPsteroid and used Hilma brand for this cycle.
I concluded my PCT protocol this week, but I'm still maintaining my strength training program. I'll be back on the gym tomorrow, but till then, stay safe brothers.
