Tennis was nice, we was 3 wining 2 set and losing 1.
 
@xyle9999 bro nice, i like the incline dumbbell press. but push stronger weights. you seem to go super light
regarding the weight, for benchpress i just record how many plate i put i guess is missing the 20kg of the bar, for incline dumbbell, i have not so much rest time between the set but yes defnitly i will need to increase the weight
