Yea, I find it easier to get my fats in by cooking the turkey in butter. Once reheated the turkey absorbs most of the butter but I still do have to scrape my bowl to get the rest

Bro I’ve been eating so much turkey that I’ve become friends with a turkey farmer that sells me 99/1 for cheap and it’s all pasture raised and organic

Quick question is it possible to take fat loss at a more controlled rate because my body doesn’t like low carbs from what I can tell. This past month while I was on low carb I would wake up to my entire bed and blanket drenched in sweat but on higher carb days I’ve noticed that it was minimal to no sweating


Meal 1: 12 oz 99:1 ground turkey with 5.2 oz butter and 3 cucumbers and 2 diet cokes

Mandatory meal 2 ( was driving home after cardio: felt very dizzy and light headed) ate 2 meat sticks to get in my sodium while driving- they have clean ingredients

Could I switch to mineral water ? Just cause carbonation makes me feel full.

Bro I can’t sustain keto at the moment. I keep going hypoglycemic at night. I’m changing my sheets every night bed and blankets are drenched. Not drying so some nights I can’t even sleep. I noticed that any amount of carbs between 50-70 help me not sweat as much.

I also get completely drained after a second session of cardio. It’s not even intense like I keep a slow pace but I sweat so much that I need something to keep me from passing out.

Could you please just give me different macros to cut down and only using keto when approaching monthly weigh ins or events ?
