let us know what happens with the doctor
The doctor said that the cramps that were bothering me were a result of my flat foot, she wrote me a referral for physical therapy.

Clarifying on the “cramps” they tend to happen when I’m not working out the doctor said my flat foot causes a change in the alignment of the muscles and joints resulting in them fatiguing this cramping / being strained
