Yea I think I caught it early enough to start cold remedies. I’ll let you know how I’m feeling tmrw. Went grocery shopping today. Picked up some beef tenderloin, pasture raised eggs, organic pasture raised chicken sausage. Some cocoa nibs( 0 carb only fat, basically crushed up cocoa bean). Greek yogurt.

Ok, yes I pretty much rested today. Made sure to get in some good food. Didn’t really check macros today. Made some yogurt soup. Had some fruits and nuts. Red meat. And some ginseng tea
