Seafood is definitely something I enjoy, now that summer is here I’m able to get better quality seafood from the farmer market. so I’m deciding to switch to that for the time being

Bro rn I feel better if I’m being honest. High fat didn’t make me feel as good as getting almost all fats from omega 3s along with trace amounts from meat. But I can up it to 30-40g per day by adding some avocado or nuts
