Strangely enough I could however. Micro dosing seems to be a much better option to stop estrogen and testosterone spikes.

Also my bloods and protocol are set by my doctor so I will trust them with the best options for moment

its not going to impact estrogen, and 2x/week easier to pin honestly but up to you @Trespassing_minds

Thanks for your thoughts, I will continue with the procol set out by my medical doctor however and follow pinning 3 days week. Might want to research micro dose and impact on estrogen levels and you will change your tune

oh I have researched it, and have bloods with clients that showed 2 was just the same as 3 but if you don't mind pinning no problem bro do it up @Trespassing_minds

Today's update is a little different I booked in for a full body Dexa scan and consultation

wish i had done a dexa at the very start

In march 2024 the Samsung body composition tool measured me at 31.5% body fat and 110kgs

Today rougly 7 months later and 14weeks on testosterone replacement therapy. using the a clinical dexa scan i am just under 14% bf and 98 kg

While i feel i still have so far to go i can see I have come a long way already in such a short time
