After being stuck in the car for 5 hours made the effort of at least moving when I had arrived, found a great walking track along the Murry River in Albury and ensured I hit my 15,000 steps for the day
I don't mind sweet potato will on occasion have it but potatoes as a treat ( normally cause making them for the family) aren't gonna hurt too muchlow cal but high GI carbs so stay away @Trespassing_minds better get YAMS or sweet potatoes
