My Journey to a better life Log

This is my before starting TRT and my current last bloods.

Rangers are pointless as they really are dependant on the path lab doing the test and can vary from lab to lab dramatically
ranges are not pointless, and ranges dont vary, thats not a fact bro
most ranges are based on age, especially hormonal
just blur personal info and post the bloods please with ranges @Trespassing_minds :)

Laboratories may have different reference ranges for normal testosterone levels. “Normal” ranges for testosterone.

Even the reference rangers on my starting and follow up blood work were different. Both preformed by clinic labs but taken via different pathology centres.

So yes clinical ranges on bloods will range depending on the lab which processes your bloods.

The improvement based on my current protocol could by some labs put me well above range and other at top end of the range for free test.

TEST LEVELS
starting Test levels 20/06/2024
total test - 4.7 nmol/L
Free test - pmol/L 109

Current test levels - 16/09/2024
Total test - 43.6 nmol/L
Free Test - 1285 pmol/L

Bit of an older document regarding how reference rangers can vary, be aware Australia still does not have a standardised national reference range policy (not just for testosterone)

So this is why going most TRT clinics don't focus to on reference rangers rather side effects of pre and post treatment

Progress photos updated as awkward as I am in photos

Front relaxed and back relaxed
And bit of a flex front photo

Feel I still have so far to go

As you can see mate the references range this lab uses is 200-600 for free test now If you google men's free test reference range you will see it should be depending again on lab 800 even to 1000plus depending on lab. So reference ranges on your labs in Australia have zero consistency or national standards.

More for my own records, I attempted some measurements using a dress makers tape i found in the laundry.
measurements were done mid day after lunch ( prob bad time to do it )

Abdominal ( around belly button) 36.5in
Hips - 36in
chest - 47in around my titties
thighs - right 25in left 24in
bicep - right relaxed 14in, flexed 16in
left relaxed - 13.5in, flexed 16in

I have booked in for a full Dexa scan and consultaion next week thursday, so will have a bit of a better body composition understanding soon .

i get a full BB4 Sports plus panel by Imedical every 12 weeks, so yes have my ALT, AST and micro nutri all are smack bang at normal levels. so no need to post.
@Trespassing_minds if you have them please share :) would be interesting to see your level
they are private no info so just interesting for the anabolex family to see your markers especially alt/ast/creatinin/RBC/WBC etc
