LETS GO BOYS..... 6 DAYS TILL MY FAMILY HOLIDAY AND I AM PUMPED.

It's not looking like I will hit my 6 pac by holiday goal but at least I will look half decent relaxing by the pool for my wife not looking like a beached whale.

Sucked down 20mg of @gearmanic101 anavar this morning and hit the gym at 5am to get that Thursday morning pump on then home for breakfast and get kids ready for school
