Friday I trained Upper body with an emphasis on as much back as possible. The body weight is moving in the right direction already so I’m hoping this cut will progress nicely. I also got a gorgeous TD from the team at @US-pharmacies

Week 2 of the cut is off to a good start, and we are getting leaner and more handsome with every day. Training as hard as possible to keep making some progress and improving week to week.
