hello everybody I’m 45 years old and I took a couple years off from the gym and now I’m getting back into it
it’s been 3 months and I plan on hitting the gym hard for the next 3 months build up my conditioning then run a steroid cycle
I’m currently 210 lbs and 17% body fat and I would like to do lean muscle mass and cut down a little bit
what do you think about doing testosterone 200 mg a week and Primo 500 mg a week for 14 weeks?
