Simplifying my next cycle

Roughly 10% body fat
I am super lean compared to most people who are 43 years old
My issue is muscle doesn’t stick on my frame well
I want to run a simple cycle
Should i just do 500mgs testosterone? Or should i complicate it and do 3 or 4 steroids?

For a first cycle you definitely want to stick to 500mg of test a week. If muscle isn't sticking to your frame that makes me ask what your diet is like? Are you eating enough? A lot of guys think they are eating enough and they aren't. It's easy to eat 2k calories and think your diet is good but in reality you need 3000 cal just to maintain what you have let alone add muscle. Going off of your height, age and weight and assuming u workout 4-5 days a week you need around 2600 calories just to maintain your weight.

You need to remember that this is not a sprint here and it is more so a marathon. You need to take your time, learn your body and take things slower. You would not be wise to use too much on a first cycle. You would not have allowed your body to even adapt properly Testosterone only is what I have preached as a first cycle, as have many here, for a very long time. it would be a good idea to watch the video @dylangemelli just gave you because it has a good way of telling you what to do

i like bigger cycles but not when you are new to this

i have seen a lot of the boys get screwed up pretty good using too much too fast

also, on the training you asked on

you should get yourself workin out a good 5 days a week to get that muscle building and to hit all the body parts enough mannnn

you aint gettin those gainzzzzz in just 3 days a week, kinda weak there mannn

it depends man

some people react very well to a cycle like that and some end up with gyno and get bloated.

the big mistake we see everywhere is guys telling you to run 500mgs a week test for a first cycle but making it sound like its safe or low sides. nothing could be further from the truth. a cycle like this you can end up needing gyno surgery, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, organ strain, and a shut down HPTA. so always take these hormones seriously no matter what you choose for a first

300mgs testosterone is a sport TRT start cycle for you

Meaning what? If you lose what you gain steroids aren't the answer
